From bare tube to race day.
A race buggy built in our workshop between March 2023 and August 2024: chassis, dash, electrics, suspension and setup. It's the best way to show what we can build for you.
Tube chassis mocked up
The bare frame tacked together and mocked up around the drivetrain on the garage floor.
Aluminium dash
Dash and centre console formed from aluminium sheet around the steering wheel and switch gear.
Fully assembled
Cage, suspension, exhaust and seats on. Ready for a shakedown.
Shocks rebuilt
Shocks stripped, rebuilt and recharged with nitrogen.
Race day
Raced, covered in mud and still in one piece.
